Count cameras, not labels
A product may say dual view while shipping one camera or one split-screen display. Read the package contents and identify whether the second camera is included or sold separately. Two separate headrest mounts may be needed for children on opposite sides of the vehicle.
A split screen can reduce switching
Two persistent views can avoid cycling through camera inputs, but each view becomes smaller. A larger screen helps, yet it also needs a more careful mounting position. Set the layout before departure and do not let the screen cover the road view or controls.
Plan for the second row and beyond
Cable length and wireless range matter when one child is in a third row. Check whether the kit supports the distance and whether the camera can be mounted without changing the car-seat position. A longer cable is not automatically safer if it crosses a seat or control.
